HID Lights

Make Your Jaguar Roar

Want to make your Jaguar car better? Try adding HID lights to make it more stylish. Not only will it look great, it will also give you better visibility on the road. Better visibility equals better control and performance.

What makes HID lights perform superbly is xenon. This colorless, odorless, highly unreactive gaseous element found in small quantities in the atmosphere is the power behind these H.I.D. lights. HID headlights work longer than the others because they don't include filaments and halogen gases to emit light. Have you ever wondered why some of your household halogen lights literally burn out? It's the filament inside it. H.I.D. headlights, on the other hand, only use gases. When an electric current is placed through them, they give off a much more visible light than using filaments alone. And since there are no filaments, you don't have to worry about them going out while you're cruising your Jaguar around.

Aside from this, safety is the key. H.I.D. lights are much brighter compared to halogen lights. The average lumen (the amount of brightness that comes from a light source) of an H.I.D. light is about 3000 lumens. Compare this with a typical halogen light which is 1400 lumens, and you’ll see the point. In fact, studies from experts even show that drivers react faster and more accurately to minor roadway mishaps when they are using H.I.D. headlamps rather than the halogen ones. And since you're using Jaguar, you should feel much safer than anyone can possibly be.

H.I.D. lighting systems are available in various colors. Some of the colors available today are golden yellow (3000K), bright white (4300K), white (5000K), crystal white (6000K), crystal blue (8000K), aqua blue (10000K), and purple-blue (12000K). However, the most popular right now are the 5000K (white) or 6000K (crystal white) color temperature. If you plan to buy HID conversion kits white 10000K (aqua blue) or more, make sure that you know if it is legal in your country. Some lights might not be suitable for driving or drivers so they are restricted to areas only. For instance, most of the 12000K (purple blue) or 14000K (purple) are only used for off roads.

If you want to upgrade your Jaguar to the next level, look no further. Put some HID lights in it ---combining them always makes for a winning combination.
